INTERDISCIPLINARY PERIO-PROSTHETIC TREATMENTS. LONG-TERM RESULTS

The treatment of patients with severe periodontitis (stages iii and iv) requires complex treatment plans where periodontal treatment aimed at restoring the patient's periodontal health is integrated with implantological, restorative and orthodontic treatments aimed at rehabilitating the patient's function and aesthetics. This conference will present the theoretical foundations of this integration and will present long-term clinical cases treated jointly by the two lecturers.

Learning objevtives:

1-understand the complexity of treating patients with severe periodontitis (stages iii and iv) through multidisciplinary approaches

2-learn theoretical foundations for integrating periodontal, implantological, restorative, and orthodontic treatments

3-analyze long-term clinical cases that illustrate successful rehabilitation of function and aesthetics in severe periodontitis
