Registration must be done only through the electronic form that you will find on this website. Please fill out the requested fields and you will receive a message confirming your pre-registration.
Your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your payment before the end of the period indicated for each rate.
The end of the registration period will be SEPTEMBER 30th (included). All those who wish to register on a later date must do so directly at the Congress venue.
INVOICING: Please note that if you need an invoice and the data is different from your personal data, you must fill out correctly the “tax information” fields in the registration form. NO invoices will be modified afterwards.
All completed registrations must formalize the payment within a maximum period of 7 days from the end of the reduced rate. If the payment has not been formalized within that period, the registrant must pay the amount indicated in the following fee tranche.
Any pending difference must be settled before September 30. Otherwise, It will be necessary to pay the pending amount upon arrival at the venue.
